A quality assurance professional’s dream product, MixManager, saves you the time and headache of producing problematic mixes. The live dashboard receives near real-time mix information from our asphalt plant control systems. It displays production run data, including start and end times, mix ID, total production, moisture content, and dozens of other production-related granular data.
The app allows you to view logs of mix changes and updates to the mix design, with time stamps and inventory information on each ingredient's percentage increase or decrease. MixManager offers the capability to manually set critical control points for mix quality and alarms if those thresholds are exceeded.
Dive deeper into specific mixes to monitor asphalt quality and troubleshoot mix issues. The app enables a view of production asphalt percentage over time and the ability to overlay that data with a wide array of time series factors such as aggregate percentage, plant flow, mix temperature, and alarms, as well as to offset signals to account for time delays as material moves through the plant.
MixManager is available for desktops. It supports drum, batch, and combination plans, with emulsion plants coming soon.
