LiveTank Highlights
LiveTank is a mobile app made to monitor liquid tank farms such as bitumen, emulsion, fluxant, and additives remotely. The app also allows monitoring and basic control of tank heating and boilers. It is available on the Android Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Have confidence that things are running smoothly, even if you're 100 miles away. Plant Operators and Managers can now oversee critical operations anywhere they have cell phone reception.
- Real-time data is constantly communicated between your plant's control system (such as DrumTronic, BatchTronic, or EmulTronic) and the LiveTank app.
- Monitor boiler conditions such as hot oil temperature, warm oil Temperature, pump status, and burner status.
- If the boiler or tanks aren't running within set parameters, you'll receive alerts on your phone telling you what the issues are.
- Warnings are sent as text-based push notifications to your smartphone, while Faults play a loud sound on your smartphone and send the text notification.
- Basic Mode: The LiveTank app is "monitor only" and will display the status of the boiler and tanks. Information on what type of warning or fault can be viewed on the details screens.
- Advanced Mode: not only can you check the status, but you also have the option to remotely reset the boiler or change settings for specific tanks, such as: stop heating, force heating, follow a schedule, and set temperature.
